Send a photo with your order number. We replace it free and you do not need to return anything.
It goes by weight, per day: up to 10 lb, half a scoop; 11 to 25 lb, 1 scoop; 26 to 75 lb, 2 scoops; over 75 lb, 3 scoops. Start at half and build up, and you can split it morning and night.
